Specialty Areas

Our senior labor relations team has the ability to improve management/union relations through proactive bargaining strategies that result in labor dispute and unfair labor practice avoidance, while achieving the primary negotiation objective of the employer. We assist the employer in lawful employee communications during difficult and prolonged negotiation processes, especially when the employer is forced to seek contractual concessions. In the case of labor dispute, we provide comprehensive information on the rights of the parties, including the right of employees to work or refrain from participating in a strike. We also assist with community communications during the dispute. Our team has provider relationships which can quickly supply site security/protective security and replacement workers to employers facing a labor strike.
