Dick provides labor relations consulting to employers in a range of industries. His experience includes: contract negotiations and administration; grievance and arbitration representation; unfair labor practice charge representation; labor relations audits; training workshops (in-house and on-site); phone consultation; and government regulation compliance.
Dick has experience in concessionary bargaining, i.e. settlements resulting in actual “give backs” to the employer in the form of reduced wages and/or increases in the employee paid portion of the health insurance premium. He has also handled contract extensions, usually one year, with no changes to economic terms and conditions of employment.
Fun fact about Dick: He’s never met a sandwich he didn’t like!
