Scott provides labor relations consulting to employers in all sectors that include: contract negotiations and administration, grievance and arbitration representation, unfair labor practice charge representation, training workshops, phone consultation, and government regulation compliance. He brings more than 30 years of labor relation experience along with the ability to communicate complex and sensitive issues on behalf of his clients. Prior to joining Trusight, Scott was a private consultant in labor relations for 25 years.
Fun fact about Scott: He enjoys taking advantage of the many Minnesota biking trails.
