  • Competitive Air – Teams cannot be high performance if they compete against each other. Dept. vs. dept., resource stealing, passing blame – Competitive Air helps turn these negative behaviors into positive collaboration.
  • Mystery – The Mystery is an exercise that brings teams critical thinking skills to the forefront and demonstrates beneficial team behaviors.
  • What Would You Do? – These simulations cause participants to think how they would act, what they would do, the decisions they would make in either life threatening situations or challenging business situations. This exercise gives participants the opportunity to experience team decision making.
  • Cooperation or Competition – Teams are created to complete a specified task or solve a problem but are presented with challenges along the way. They experience the value of cooperation and creative problem solving and gain insights into the advantage/disadvantage of the different styles.
