Tom is the director of labor and employee relations in addition to being a member of Trusight senior management team. He provides extensive knowledge and expertise in all sectors of labor relations consulting including: contract negotiations and administration; grievance and arbitration representation; labor relations audits; unfair labor practice charge representation; and government regulation compliance. Tom is able to manage business sale transitions in a positive manner and is efficient and resourceful with all of his projects. He also presents ongoing labor relation updates.
In addition, Tom manages Trusight’s Safety and Productivity/Quality consulting services. Prior to joining Trusight, he worked as a corporate director of labor relations for three large corporations.
Fun fact about Tom: He’s an avid collector of vehicles.
