As a multi-industry employers association, our team of consultants has extensive experience in the labor relations arena. We know the issues, the client's business, the players, and the laws that govern the proceedings, and our group members have excellent reputations as tough but fair negotiators. We add value by assisting in employee communications, providing management with key talking points or actively engaging in conversations with employees as needed.

Specialty Areas

We assist employers in negotiating collective bargaining agreements, represent employers in grievance arbitrations, consult on union organization campaigns, and prepare responses to government regulation charges. Our experience with labor laws, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proceedings, and the practical, day-to-day communications between employers and labor unions provides clients with the support and expertise they need to navigate these complex issues.

We work with our customers on all aspects of contract negotiation and administration: developing strategy and costing, acting as the spokesperson for negotiations, analyzing the data, coordinating the bargaining process, and structuring proposals and issues to guide management to successful conclusions. Trusight provides strike management consulting and has protective service resources for facility and management.
