Whether that transition is related to a delayed or staged retirement or due to a layoff or termination due to a poor fit, Trusight’s Career Transitions service provides you with affordable assistance and support for these unique situations. While we have the ability to do much of our work on the phone or electronically, we still believe in the benefits of face-to-face meetings. This personal touch often makes these sensitive transitions easier for employer and employee. We offer the following programs:
Career Planning & Development – This program provides you, the employer, with assistance on internal development strategies. In conjunction, we conduct “Charting Your Career” workshops to provide career tools for employees as well as individual career consultations which can include discussions and assessments.
Outplacement – We offer one-on-one outplacement consulting, training, and cost-effective packages for employees in transition. We assist employees at all levels, from administrative to management to the executive suite. In addition, we can provide employment termination training or coaching for managers, onsite meetings with employees following termination notification, and survivor seminars on coping with loss and change.
Career/Job Strategies for a New Beginning – We work with those nearing retirement to discuss options and plans for continued work or partial or complete transition to retirement.
