As a Human Resources (HR) Consultant, Michelle provides a variety of HR generalist projects at her clients’ locations. Her areas of expertise are management coaching, conducting job description audits and updates, handbook and policy creation, training development and delivery, and I-9 audits. Michelle strives to keep current on HR topics, trends, and legal updates in order to provide sound advice to clients. She is also a certified trainer in behavioral-based interviewing techniques.

Michelle’s background includes 12 years of recruiting for a variety of companies including those in the photography, medical nutrition, imaging part supplier, semiconductor, and software industries. She has helped build a customer service and training department within a recruitment focused dotcom organization. Michelle also spent three years conducting management training and succession planning activities for a leading soft drink corporation.

Fun fact about Michelle: She is an only child and her husband comes from a family with six brothers and ten sisters.
