This workshop offers a detailed review of OSHA recordkeeping requirements for recording occupational injuries and illnesses. Emphasis will be placed on recordkeeping forms, definitions of medical treatment, first aid, restricted work along with specific case recording criteria, including a review of recordkeeping practices, examples of how entries should be made, an explanation of how to make corrections and changes, dealing with pre-existing injuries and what is reportable verus recordable, etc.
