This class will give you the basics of PTO (Pooled or Paid Time Off) plans.  We will discuss the philosophies behind implementing a PTO plan, how to determine whether or not a PTO plan might be the right approach for your organization, and give you an overview of the basics of how to develop, cost and implement a PTO plan.
