Compliance, Administration, & Recent Developments
Survey results suggest that FMLA and ADAAA compliance has been increasingly challenging and even burdensome for many employers.  The focus of this class is not only on understanding the basic compliance requirements mandated by the FMLA 2009 revised regulations, the 2010 National Defense Authorization Act, and the ADA Amendments Act, but on administering these laws in the real world, coordinating them with other laws and benefits, and staying current on recent developments.
