This course is a two-hour session for supervisors and managers that provides a basic understanding of Minnesota's drug testing statute, the cost of drug use in the workplace, an in-depth discussion of the signs and symptoms of alcohol and substance abuse and most importantly, the supervisor's role in approaching an employee suspected of use at work.

Managers, Supervisors, or HR professionals who are responsible for determining if an employee must be tested for substance use in the workplace.
This course is especially effective when brought on-site to your location in order to train all of your managers and supervisors at one time.
