This monthly forum provides an opportunity to learn about emerging HR developments, discuss issues with other HR leaders and expand your business network. This program is designed for HR leaders who are seeking to expand their skills and to have a greater positive impact in their organizations. These forums will create an interactive learning community for the participants--an opportunity to share their perspectives, bounce ideas off each other and use the group to help problem solve.
Each 2-hour session includes:
- Short presentation by an expert knowledgeable about the designated topic
- Discussion to share ideas and strategies to take back to your organization
- Opportunity for networking
"I've participated in EA's Human Resources Leadership Forum, led by Dr. Diana Hinds, for several years and intend to participate in the future. Leadership Forum sessions typically feature a useful blend of classroom instruction and insightful discussion with peers regarding timely topics chosen by the class participants...HR leaders just like you. This worthwhile professional development investment also goes a long way towards satisfying requirements for certifications such as PHR, SPHR, and GPHR. Euqlly valuable for participants -- and a benefit that keeps 'giving' well beyond the scope of classroom discussion -- is the opportunity to network with other HR practitioners in the Metro area across diverse industries and services. We solve a lot of problems together after class. In short, I endorse the Human Resources Leadership Forum in the highest possible terms! Please do not hesitate to contact me by phone at 651-254-4017 if some aspect of my experience there might be of benefit to you or your organization."

"The HR Leadership Forum is a great way to stay on top of HR issues, discuss real issues with other HR professionals and obtain credits for your certification all at a reasonable training cost."
