Diane has more than 20 years experience in human resources, organization development, and executive level management. She provides organization development and organizational effectiveness products and services to clients, including strategic planning, change and transition management, coaching, team building, organizational and individual assessments, and conflict resolution. Diane has worked with organizations of all sizes, from single proprietors to some of the largest employers in the area.
Diane has the flexibility to meet clients’ specific needs and the ability to work with them to define their goals and meet their objectives. Her other areas of expertise include: succession planning, executive recruiting and placement, team building, and staffing analysis. She has also designed and delivered training programs on a wide variety of topics including: leadership, emotional Intelligence, creative problem solving, and building a new culture. In addition, Diane is an adjunct faculty for the University of St. Thomas and Concordia University.
Fun fact about Diane: She has traveled to all the continents except Antarctica (too cold!).
