As a consultant in Trusight’s Compensation and Benefits Group, Linda works with businesses to evaluate, design, and implement compensation plans. Linda has expertise covering a broad range of compensation plans including base compensation, management, non management and sales incentive plans, executive and board of director compensation, and equity plans. Given her diverse range of experience, Linda is adept at working with clients to effectively develop and manage their total compensation programs for all employee groups. She enjoys working jointly with her clients to create and implement strategies that apply to each individual company’s unique business situation.

Linda also works with clients to evaluate and design time off programs. She has specific expertise working with clients to transition from traditional vacation and sick plans to paid time off. Many of her clients come with challenging plan transition issues and Linda enjoys collaborating with them to identify effective means to address these issues.

Prior to joining Trusight, Linda was a Corporate Compensation Manager for a large, public, high tech firm and was responsible for the design and administration of companywide domestic and international compensation programs.
