Encountering Jesus
Each Sunday, during summer, we will reflect on one of the many personal encounters people experienced with Jesus within the New Testament. One of the more surprising features of Jesus’ ministry was his willingness to have personal encounters with all sorts of people – Jew, Gentile, men, women, young, old, rich, poor, sick, healthy, riddled with sin, devout, irreligious, etc. No situation or condition would impede Jesus’ approachability. All were welcome…and still are.

What is Christian maturity and what’s the measuring rod of spiritual growth? What are the Christian essentials when it comes to beliefs, conviction, and lifestyle?
