KIDS' MEMORY VERSE

Our kids will be receiting their next memory verse on Sunday, August 31st.
The ancient rabbis believed children should memorize and learn the Word of God. They were known for saying things like "stuff them with Torah like an ox" (The Babylonian Talmud Baba Bathra 21a:6). Because children need to learn that the Word of God is a source of truth and life, Christians have continued this system of discipleship (Ephesians 6:4).
At Grace Church, we want to partner with our parents in the discipling of our children. One of the ways we do this is by encouraging kids (and parents!) to memorize the Word of God. Our children regularly share their memory verse with the congregation during our Sunday Gathering.
Our kids will be sharing the verse with next on Sunday, August 2nd.
