Grace Church is lead by a plurality of Elders. Elders shepherd, oversee, lead, teach, and care for the church. We believe that Pastor, Elder, and Overseer are all synonymous terms in the Bible. So, at Grace Church, our Elders are responsible for the primary leadership and oversight of the church (1 Tim 5:17; Titus 1:7; 1 Peter 5:1-2).

Though it is the responsibility of the Elders to lead, direct, and equip Grace Church, they depend very much upon the assistance, giftings, insight, and input of our Deacons and Grace Group Leaders. Read more HERE.

Heath Watson is the Lead Pastor of Grace Church and loves Dunedin. He and his wife Andrea, have three young daughters, Lanie, Eiley, and Everly. Prior to planting Grace Church, he spent 12 years as the Associate Pastor and as an elder at Grace Christian Fellowship in Largo, Florida. Before that, he served as a pastor at Countryside Christian Center in Clearwater, Florida for 4 years.

James and his wife Angela are blessed with three young children, Avery, Peyton, and Truett. Currently, James works for a pharmaceutical company as a reginal manager over sales. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching baseball, playing golf, and chill'n with friends. Prior to serving at Grace Church, James served as an elder at Grace Christian Fellowship in Largo for 5 years.

Steve Lee and his wife Susan have been married 30+ years and have three married children - Chris and his wife, Rachel, Jon and his wife, Megan, and their youngest Rachael and her husband, Ryan. Prior to planting of Grace Church, Steve was involved with Grace Christian Fellowship for 8 years and he was an elder there for 4 of those years. Currently, Steve is the Building Development Services Supervisor for the city of Pinellas Park.
