Rosie’s fondness for a leopard print fashion theme can be attributed to her adoption a few months ago of a bobcat kitten, whom Rosie has named Vivienne. Her dress was a gorgeous Saint Laurent gown that Rosie had plucked from the 2013 spring collection. All in black, it featured a wide leather belt that accented her tiny waist. At the collar was a feminine and flirty bow that blurred the solid lines of the dress; a nice touch. On her feet were a pair of peek-a-boo black ankle straps that showed off her calves and gave those famous legs even more lift.

Cameras flashed greedily as Rosie posed with her long right leg exposed, giving viewers an eyeful of her sexy thighs. Wearing her own drop earrings and three rings from Dana Rebecca Designs, the look was a complete success. Rosie may have been on the arm of Jason, but tonight was all about her.

As they enjoyed the time spent on the slopes, the lovely Rosie kept her look polished and beautiful in a stunning black all in one that showed off her slender and athletic body. She had her long blonde hair plaited to the side in a fun and romantic look and sported a black pair of shades. Along with her man, she wore a fun burgundy bobble hat, to perhaps allow herself to go incognito, and fit right in with the skiing masses.

Throughout the day of skiing, Rosie kept her cool and did well on the slopes, being careful not to take too many risks. Jason, on the other hand, tried to show off and was often seen trying out different moves on both his skis and his snowboard.

The two seemed to blend in seamlessly with the crowds and often stopped to show their affection. In one sweet moment, cameras caught Rosie buttoning up her sweetie’s coat, a gesture that showed just how close they have truly become. It appears the two started the new year just right and set things together for more romance to come.

“I was obsessed with fashion,” Rosie told Vogue.co.uk.
“I was just fascinated by these images and the photo shoots – and what went into that, what happened behind the scenes,” she added.

‘How you create that glamour and mystery and the theatrical nature of the picture. That was what really interested me and my bedroom was just full of pictures of models and tear-outs from magazines.”

Rosie started modelling young, as is common in the fashion world. Her catwalk debut was in 2004, when she was aged just seventeen. The actress and model revealed that as a young model she looked up to Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen:

“I really looked up to Gisele, because I think that was when she was in her heyday – well, it’s always been her heyday – but she was newer at that time,” the Transformer’s actress added.

Rosie would devour fashion magazines, and had a special taste for Vogue, “I remember for my 13th birthday, my Godmother asked me what I wanted and I asked for a year’s Vogue subscription,” Rosie began, “It used to come every month, crisp in the post – I would run down the lane from school for it and then mum and I would sit with a cup of tea and read it together. It was very special and I had them all stacked up in my room – they were my pride and joy. No one was allowed to touch my Vogues!”

Now a Vogue cover-girl herself, it must feel very remarkable and gratifying for Rosie to look back on a time where a fantastically successful modelling career was a dream and not a reality.

Rosie has axed the price of her one bedroom apartment in Greenwich Village this week by $40,000 after just two months on the market. The Manhattan pad was up for $925,000 but is now going for $885,000 – still a hefty price-tag. The newly renovated duplex apartment is said to feature a gourmet open kitchen, a large private rooftop terrace and balcony off the living room. The British beauty substituted Devon for Manhattan as a young model, and now she is trading The Big Apple for The Big Orange. Rosie and long-term boyfriend Jason Statham are currently building their dream home in the Hollywood Hills. The beautiful couple have been together since 2010 and have been spotted on many outings recently despite their busy schedules.

In an interview for Elle’s September issue, Rosie spoke of her plans for the future : ‘I always see myself working, but definitely being a mum will be a big part of me. Look, I think my career is very self-indulgent. It’s all about me.

‘I’m not a doctor, I’m not looking after people, I’m not saving children. I’m in the entertainment business. I’m a model. I’m an actress. So it is very self-involved.’

‘I think there is naturally a point where you think, ‘I don’t care about myself as number one any more.’ I want to care about other things.’

Rosie said of her designs; “I was drawn to the opulent elegance of the 20s, which really shows in the silks I chose and the intricate deco-inspired embroidery.” Adding, “It was also influenced by the rich colours of roses. From the muted tones of dusky pink and green to dramatic scarlet blooms, I wanted it to evoke the beauty of a gorgeous British garden in summer.”

The 25-year-old has an established career as a lingerie model, and has been shot for Victoria’s Secret, Agent Provocateur and Monsoon to name but a few. This experience stood the Victoria’s Secret Angel in good stead for designing and modelling her first collection for M&S, and she has certainly proved herself worthy. Rosie’s newest collection for M&S hit stores in late September, and moves away from the dusky pink tones to a more wintery, festive feel, with deep reds, greys and of course a hint of black lace.

Rosie also fronted M&S’s ‘Romance’ campaign with actor Ryan Reynolds last year, and drew in crowds at the opening of their flagship store on the Champs Elysees in Paris last November. This November, the British beauty joined Christopher Bailey in launching the brand new Burberry store in Hong Kong. Rosie stunned in a figure-hugging copper dress from Burberry Prorsum’s collection for spring 2013.

Rosie has been working with the British luxury fashion house since 2008, and their recent report of a 6 percent rise in profits can only be linked to her signature pout and flawless face and body. It seems Rosie has the golden touch when it comes to boosting sales, with her record-breaking M&S lingerie range standing out as a gleaming success amongst an otherwise gloomy set of sales figures from the retail giant.

The future is looking rather rosy for this fresh-faced beauty, whose latest role is in the hotly anticipated Mad Max: Fury Road. In a recent interview with Stylist magazine, Rosie said of the role, “It’s looking like it is going to be a really exciting journey for me,” adding, “I think it’ll be a fantastic film. I can’t talk too much about [my role]. But I’m really excited. It’s been a really fun project so far.” Mad Max: Fury Road is due for release in 2013, but a specific date has not yet been confirmed.
